Shipping Policy

An $8.00 non-refundable flat rate shipping fee will be added for orders under $90.00.

Shipping is free on orders of $90.00 or more.  

We are not responsible for the shipping costs on returned items.

Product orders are shipped to arrive in approximately 3 business days. Probiotics are shipped with a temperature control pack to arrive in 2 business days. Probiotics ship Monday – Wednesday. Please allow one week for processing prior to shipment.

Return Policy

Products may be returned to Nova Rē for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if the product is unopened and the protection wrap is in place.

Probiotics are not eligible for return for exchange.

Opened bottles are not eligible for return or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
