Nova Rē (nō·va rāy), began out of a desire to provide education and nutrient support to address unmet needs within the Autism, ADHD, and Neurodiverse communities.  Our communities have chronic health issues which are often not well managed by prescription medicine alone. Nova Rē is a latin phrase meaning “a new reality” because for countless people today, this is our new reality, our new norm. 

Through an integrative healthcare approach, Nova Rē provides individuals and families an added layer of science-backed support to their traditional health care regimens.  Environmental factors, genetics, medication, food sensitivity, poor nutrient absorption, & restrictive food patterns can all lead to unaddressed health issues.
